Package checklist
Short lists, by situation, not a universal backpack. Dobrogea changes its requirements from one morning to the next: sun on the fortress, wind on Măcin, mosquitoes in the Delta, ice on the cliff. It adjusts according to the weather of the day, not according to the photo on the website.
Delta
Boron hat, cream, more water than you think, small backpack that stays in the boat, cash - ATMs become rarer after Tulcea. Book the ship. Respects ARBDD: no fire on the ground, no harvesting of protected species, no drones over colonies. A thin fleece for the evening return, even in July.

Citadel / archaeological site
Closed shoes, do not slap on the Roman wall. Water, sun, without picking up pottery or stone "as a memory". Tropaeum, Histria, Capidava, Enisala have no forest shade. Winter: mud and wind, not just cold air.
Macin
Official map or GPX, extra water, wind protection, charged phone, waiting for the signal to die on the ridge. Țuțuiatu is below 500 m, but the sun and the wind lie. Do not go down untested paths. The national park prohibits ATV's on the trail.
Beach
Watch for the lifeguard station and flag. Water, shade, no feeding seagulls. After September 15th we do not encourage bathing - see the extrasension guide and water quality. At Sulina and Sfântu Gheorghe there is no resort infrastructure: everything you need is in your backpack.
City and museum
A windbreaker for the cliff, a bottle of water, uneven pavement shoes (Old Constanța is not a mall). At the windows: shoulders and knees covered, a sign of respect, not just "free entry".
Winter on the cliff
Windbreaker, not just a sweater. Gloves, a dry spare in the bag, light until early. The cliff is slippery after the blizzard and sea spray. The winter routes from Constanța, Eforie and Mangalia are in the dedicated guide.
