On foot, 2-3 hours, through the Danube corridor, about 1 km: from Isaccea - Noviodunum to the Danube bank - Isaccea, 2 stops. The Roman castrum on the bank, at the ford. A view toward the river and toward the bridge to Galați.
How to do the route
Allow 2-3 hours on foot. Set out early in the morning or in the afternoon, when it is cooler. Archaeological sites and museums: keep to visiting hours, do not damage the structures and do not pick objects up from the ground.
