A dog on a lead on the promenade
On the promenades in Constanța, Eforie, Mangalia or Tulcea, the dog belongs to the owner. The lead and the walking place belong to the town-hall notice, not to a guide who guesses the fine.
What we read
The sign on the promenade, the town-hall page, a published regulation. If it says lead, it is a lead. If a zone is closed to dogs, you respect it. We do not publish a sum in lei.
Off season
The promenade is wind, not a sunbed beach. The dog does not go down onto the tetrapods. After 15 September it is not a swimming place, not for you, not for the dog, as a coastal bathe.
What it is not
Not a leisure park. An archaeological site is not a promenade. A village is not a training ground. If there is no notice, you stay on a lead and on the public bank.
