Horia, in full
Horia is the village on national road 22D, in Tulcea County, between Măcin and the saddle toward Cerna. It is the road gate of the mountains, not the climbing gate.
The climb up Țuțuiatu starts from Greci. The Pricopanul ridge starts from the Măcin area. From here you stay on asphalt.
In winter, a closed-road sign means you turn back. You do not go around the barrier. The sign is explained in the closed-road guide.
