From the peninsula toward port and plateau, there are stairs. With luggage, take the street around.
Tulcea
From port toward centre and hill. In winter, ice stays on the step longer than on the road.
Regulă
Hand on the rail only if there is no ice. The cliff promenade rail has its own warning.
