Iluminatul de pe faleză
We do not publish the hour when lights come on. In sources we can cite, the city has no clock schedule for promenade lamps. The page lists which walks exist and what you can check yourself at night.
Trei locuri, nu un singur „mal”
In Constanța, winter walks are on the peninsula promenade, around the Casino, and along the strip toward the port—not on a beach. At Mamaia, the promenade sits between Lake Siutghiol and the sea: in winter it is a long windy sidewalk, not bathing season. Mamaia Sat and Palazu Mare are villages north of town, not the same alley.

Două feluri de lumină
Street lamps depend on public lighting and usually a dusk sensor, not a printed timetable. Light on the Casino façade is building installation, separate from sidewalk poles. One being on does not tell when the other switches on. We do not put 18:00 or 19:00.
Ce verifici seara
If it is December and you arrive at 17:00, it is already after sunset: see darkness at 17. If railings and steps shine, that is not décor, it is ice: ice on the railing. A museum on the promenade keeps the hours on its listing, not the moment a pole lights up.
