History
In the village of Letea, a white-and-blue household puts on the table fish borscht, saramură, roe, fried fish and homemade jams. You arrive after sand and after a crossing of the Delta; hunger is real, and the portions take that into account.
The courtyard is full of flowers and tools. You eat outside when the weather holds. Say if you came by boat and leave on daylight: the host knows the rhythm of the sandbar better than you do.
Do not miss Letea Forest on the same day. The house is the meal stop; the oaks and the horses are why you made this road, not the other way around.
